Get info about things to do, where to stay, and the best food to eat on your visit to Tokyo, Japan. Here's the guide: https://migrationology.com/tok....yo-travel-guide-for-

Tokyo (รƒยฆร‚ยร‚ยฑรƒยคร‚ยบร‚ยฌ), Japan, is one of the world's greatest cities, and there's so much to do and see when you visit. From temples and shrines, to gardens and museums, you'll never run out of attractions. Out of all the things you could do, I've chosen a top 25 list for this awesome city (and just so you know food is my first choice in Tokyo)!

1. Ameya-Yokochรƒโ€ฆร‚ย (รƒยฃรขโ‚ฌลกร‚ยขรƒยฃร†โ€™ร‚ยกรƒยฃร†โ€™ร‚ยครƒยฆร‚ยจร‚ยชรƒยคร‚ยธร‚ย) - A giant open air market that offers clothes, cosmetics, food, and restaurants and bars.
ยพรƒยฅร‚ยฎร‚ยฎ) - This Shinto shrine, surrounded by beautiful forest, is extremely significant.
ย รขโ€šยฌรƒยฉร‚ยคร‚ยจ) - Even if it's not fight season, you can go to the free sumo museum and eat sumo chankonabe.
4. Shinjuku Gyoen National Garden (รƒยฆรขโ‚ฌโ€œร‚ยฐรƒยฅร‚ยฎร‚ยฟรƒยฅร‚ยพร‚ยกรƒยจรขโ‚ฌยนรขโ‚ฌหœ) - The garden is a beautiful attraction in Tokyo, with French gardens, Japanese gardens, and a green house.
โ€œรขโ‚ฌยฐรƒยฆร‚ยฅร‚ยฝรƒยงรขโ‚ฌยร‚ยบ) - Ginza is a great area of town for upscale shopping and dining, while Yurakucho is famous for Izakaya bars and restaurants under the railroad track.
ยฝ) - There are a lot of things to do in Tokyo where you have to pay, but here, you can go to the 45th floor for free.
โ€œร‚ยฐรƒยฅร‚ยธรขโ‚ฌลกรƒยฅร‚ย ร‚ยด) - One of the most famous attractions in all of Tokyo is the Tsukiji Market (รƒยงร‚ยฏรขโ‚ฌยฐรƒยฅร…โ€œร‚ยฐรƒยฅร‚ยธรขโ‚ฌลกรƒยฅร‚ย ร‚ยด), the biggest seafood market in the world.

World's First Helicopter - Prehistoric.

A helicopter is a type of rotorcraft in which lift and thrust are supplied by rotors. This allows the helicopter to take off and land vertically, to hover, and to fly forward, backward, and laterally. These attributes allow helicopters to be used in congested or isolated areas where fixed-wing aircraft and many forms of VTOL (vertical takeoff and landing) aircraft cannot perform.

"Honey badger is bad ass." Those words and corresponding video became a YouTube sensation with 51 million hits. This relentless little creature is renowned for its ability to confront grown lions, castrate charging buffalo, and shrug off the toxic defenses of stinging bees, scorpions, and snakes. Little is known about its behavior in the wild or why it is so aggressive.

The 2019 fires were just the tip of the iceberg.

This is Part 1 of Vox Atlas: The Amazon, a three-part series about the world's largest rainforest, why it's in jeopardy, and the people trying to save it. Watch all three parts right here on YouTube.

The Amazon rainforest has been reduced by about 17% since the 1970s. Cattle ranchers, loggers, and farmers are mostly to blame for the deforestation, but the demand driving them comes from all around the world. Brazil's economy depends on agriculture, especially beef and soy, which is grown on cleared land in the Amazon. Today, president Jair Bolsonaro, is weakening the environmental protections there in order to give agriculture more power. This came to a head when, in summer 2019, more than 30,000 wildfires burned in the Amazon, sparking worldwide outrage.

Here are some sources I found particularly helpful while reporting for this story:

The Palio di Siena (known locally simply as Il Palio) is a horse race that is held twice each year, on July 2 and August 16, in Siena, Italy. Ten horses and riders, bareback and dressed in the appropriate colours, represent ten of the seventeen contrade, or city wards. The Palio held on July 2 is named Palio di Provenzano, in honour of the Madonna of Provenzano, who has a church in Siena. The Palio held on August 16 is named Palio dell'Assunta, in honour of the Assumption of Mary.
A magnificent pageant, the Corteo Storico, precedes the race, which attracts visitors and spectators from around the world.
The race itself, in which the jockeys ride bareback, circles the Piazza del Campo, on which a thick layer of dirt has been laid, three times and usually lasts no more than 90 seconds. It is not uncommon for a few of the jockeys to be thrown off their horses while making the treacherous turns in the piazza, and indeed, it is not unusual to see unmounted horses finishing the race without their jockeys.
